Welcome to Confido360 (confido360.com), a cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform developed and operated by Fusion Logics (SMC-PVT) Ltd. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Confido360 web applications, portals, and associated services. By creating an account or subscribing to Confido360, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Effective Date: 25-Sep-2026
1. Account Registration & Tenant Security
Account Creation: To use Confido360, organizations must establish an administrator workspace tenant. You are responsible for providing accurate organizational details during registration.
Credential Protection: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of administrative and staff user credentials. Any activity conducted under your organization's tenant workspace remains your responsibility.
Authorized Use: Confido360 may only be used for lawful operational management (e.g., student records, HR administration, client management, and financial billing).
2. Subscription Plans & Service Availability
Subscription Model: Confido360 is made available on a recurring subscription basis (monthly or annual billing cycles).
Service Continuity: We strive to maintain 99.9% availability for Confido360 cloud instances. We reserve the right to perform routine system maintenance, software upgrades, and infrastructure updates.
3. Data Ownership & Intellectual Property
Your Data: You retain full, exclusive ownership of all organizational records, student/employee archives, financial ledgers, and files uploaded to your Confido360 instance.
Platform IP: All source code, design architectures, dashboard interfaces, branding, software modules, and trademarks associated with Confido360 remain the sole intellectual property of Fusion Logics (SMC-PVT) Ltd.
4. Subscription Termination & Account Suspension
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time prior to your next billing renewal cycle through your admin portal or by notifying support.
Suspension for Cause: We reserve the right to suspend access to Confido360 if an account is in default of subscription payments, engages in unauthorized system probing/reverse engineering, or violates applicable laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
Confido360 is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fusion Logics shall not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party network outages, user configuration errors, or unauthorized account access resulting from compromised local credentials.
